AI Realty App, Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Ai Realty platform, website, workflows, applications, software, content, and related services provided by AI Realty App, Inc. ("Ai Realty," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Ai Realty, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Ai Realty.
2. Description of Services
Ai Realty provides workflow automation software designed to assist licensed real estate professionals with transaction intake, workflow preparation, document preparation workflows, document field population, review-ready transaction information, workflow management, electronic signature delivery, and transaction coordination support.
Ai Realty is a software platform only.
Ai Realty is not a brokerage, law firm, MLS, REALTOR® association, escrow company, title company, lender, tax advisor, or public property search portal.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Certain features may be limited to licensed real estate professionals, brokerage personnel, authorized staff, or approved users.
Ai Realty may request verification of professional eligibility.
4. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting passwords, maintaining accurate account information, restricting unauthorized access, and all activity occurring under their account.
Ai Realty may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised, shared, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.
5. Ai Realty Is Not a Party to Transactions
Ai Realty is not a party to any transaction.
Ai Realty does not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, brokers, agents, or counterparties. Ai Realty does not negotiate agreements, supervise licensees, collect commissions, approve transactions, or provide brokerage services.
Users remain solely responsible for transaction decisions.
6. No Legal Advice
Ai Realty does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or legal drafting advice.
Nothing within Ai Realty should be interpreted as legal advice.
Users should consult qualified legal counsel when legal guidance is required.
7. No Financial, Tax, Escrow, Title, or Lending Services
Ai Realty does not provide financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, escrow services, title services, lending services, mortgage advice, or investment advice.
Users should consult qualified professionals regarding these matters.
8. MLS Independence
Ai Realty can operate with or without MLS data.
MLS access is optional.
MLS data is not required to create, review, prepare, edit, route, deliver, or send documents.
Ai Realty does not operate an MLS, provide public MLS access, operate an IDX website, redistribute MLS inventory, or syndicate MLS listings.
9. Forms and Documents
Ai Realty may support Ai Realty platform transaction documents, supported Board & Association Forms, brokerage-provided forms, agent-uploaded forms, MLS-sourced disclosures, addenda, and workflow documents.
Fees for document preparation apply to the selected primary transaction document. MLS-sourced disclosures and supporting documents, when available, may be included through automated processing as an additional platform feature. Such third-party documents may vary in format, version, layout, formatting, and composition.
Ai Realty does not independently prepare or verify the content, currency, legal sufficiency, or form version of MLS-sourced disclosures.
Supported Board & Association Forms, brokerage-provided forms, and agent-uploaded forms are optional workflow inputs.
Users remain responsible for determining whether documents are appropriate for a transaction.
10. User Responsibilities
Users remain responsible for transaction decisions, document selection, disclosure requirements, recipient selection, signer verification, brokerage compliance, MLS compliance, legal compliance, and professional obligations.
Ai Realty assists with workflow preparation only.
11. Payments
Certain Ai Realty services may require payment.
Fees, subscriptions, workflow pricing, credits, free usage allowances, and promotions may change from time to time.
Additional terms may be described in the Payment & Refund Policy.
12. Free Workflows
Ai Realty may offer free workflows, trials, promotional credits, pilot programs, or limited-use plans.
Ai Realty may modify or discontinue such programs at any time.
13. Intellectual Property
Ai Realty and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in software, workflows, platform design, trademarks, content, branding, proprietary document templates, and technology.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
14. Acceptable Use
Users may not violate applicable laws, misuse MLS-related information, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, engage in fraudulent activity, impersonate others, or abuse platform resources.
Restrictions on Use and Protection of the Platform. Except as permitted by applicable law, users may not, and may not assist or permit any other person to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, models, prompts, or non-public architecture of Ai Realty;
- copy or reproduce protected elements of the Ai Realty interface, workflows, document templates, or content in order to build, train, or offer a competing or substantially similar product or service;
- systematically extract, scrape, crawl, or harvest platform content, templates, data, or outputs, whether by automated or manual means;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with access controls, usage limits, rate limits, payment requirements, or other technical restrictions of the platform.
These restrictions protect Ai Realty's software and the specific expression of its platform. They do not claim exclusive rights in general ideas, business methods, or real estate practices, and they do not limit a user's right to create, download, and share the user's own transaction documents through the features Ai Realty makes available for that purpose.

15. Third-Party Services
Ai Realty may integrate with third-party providers, including providers related to electronic signatures, payments, authentication, communications, hosting, AI services, analytics, and workflow services.
Ai Realty does not control all aspects of third-party services and is not responsible for their actions, availability, or policies.
16. Disclaimers
Ai Realty is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
Ai Realty does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, legal sufficiency, transaction acceptance, transaction completion, MLS approval, brokerage approval, compliance outcomes, or transaction success.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Realty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform.
Users assume responsibility for their use of Ai Realty and all transaction-related decisions.
18. Suspension and Termination
Ai Realty may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time where we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect users, protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, address misuse, or address security concerns.
19. Modifications
Ai Realty may update these Terms periodically.
Updated versions become effective when published.
Continued use of Ai Realty after publication constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
