Referral Terms
AI Realty App, Inc.
1. The Free First Offer
Every new professional account receives its first offer free, with one revision included, whether or not the account was created through an invitation.
The free first offer is not a referral reward, and it is not given because of an invitation.
2. When an Invited Agent Counts
An agent you invite counts toward your rewards as an active agent only when all of the following are true:
- they created their AI Realty account through your invitation;
- their real estate license has been verified;
- they have purchased an offer after using their free first offer.
Sending an invitation, the invited agent signing up, and the invited agent using their free first offer do not by themselves earn a reward.
Each licensed agent counts once, and for one referrer only. An account that existed before the invitation was sent does not count.
3. The Reward Steps
Each step shows the total you have earned, not an amount added to the step before it:
- 1 active agent: 1 free offer;
- 2 active agents: 2 free offers in total;
- 3 active agents: 3 free offers in total;
- 5 active agents: the same 3 free offers and 30 free days;
- 10 active agents from 10 different brokerage companies: the same 3 free offers and 90 free days in total, including the 30 free days earned earlier.
Rewards go to the agent who sent the invitations, not to the agents invited.
4. Different Brokerage Companies
The last step requires ten separate active agents from ten different brokerage companies.
Offices or branches of the same brokerage company count as one company. The company is the sponsoring brokerage on the agent's verified license or, where none is on record, the brokerage named on the agent's profile.
5. Free Offers
A free offer you have earned is applied automatically at checkout when you have no paid offer available.
Free offers you have earned stay in your account. They are not used while a period of free days is running.
6. Free Days
Free days let you create and send offers at no charge. A period of free days begins when you activate it on the Referrals screen, not when it is earned. The Referrals screen and a confirmation email show the date the period ends.
If your 30 free days are running when you reach the last step, the remaining 60 days are added to that period and its end date moves later. If your 30 free days have already ended, the 60 days are available to activate separately.
When a period of free days ends, standard pricing applies again. Your account remains open, and any free offers you have earned remain in it.
7. Ai Realty's Review of Referral Activity
Ai Realty may review, approve, deny, delay, or reverse referral rewards if activity appears incomplete, duplicative, fraudulent, cancelled, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
8. Sending an Invitation
By sending a referral invitation, you authorize AI Realty App, Inc. to send that invitation by email at your request.
You agree to invite only people you know or reasonably believe may be interested in the platform, and not to use purchased, scraped, or otherwise unrelated email lists.
9. Choosing Which Emails You Receive
Anyone who receives a referral invitation may opt out of future invitations at any time, using the link in the invitation. An address that has opted out will not receive another invitation.
Referral reward emails also carry a link to stop them. Your rewards remain in your account and on the Referrals screen either way.
10. What Referral Rewards Are Not
Referral rewards are AI Realty software credits only. They are not compensation for a client referral, transaction, closing, commission, or other brokerage activity.
