Ai Realty is not a real estate brokerage, law firm, MLS, REALTOR® association, escrow company, title company, lender, tax advisor, or public property search portal.
Ai Realty can operate with or without MLS data. MLS data is optional.

We may collect information users provide directly, information generated through platform use, and information received from authorized workflow sources.

Ai Realty can operate without MLS data.
Ai Realty does not provide public MLS access, operate an IDX website, resell MLS data, redistribute MLS data, syndicate MLS inventory, or expose MLS data to consumers.
Ai Realty does not use MLS-related workflow data to train public AI models.

Ai Realty may process information related to:
- Ai Realty document templates;
- association-approved forms;
- brokerage-provided forms;
- agent-uploaded forms;
- disclosures;
- addenda;
- workflow documents;
- document packages.
Association-approved forms, brokerage-provided forms, and agent-uploaded forms are optional workflow inputs.
Ai Realty document templates are supported.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have authorization to upload or use third-party forms or documents.
7. AI Processing
Ai Realty may use AI-assisted technologies to help structure information, transcribe or interpret user input, identify missing workflow information, populate document fields, and support review-ready document preparation.
AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or incomplete information.
Users remain responsible for reviewing all outputs before use.
8. Technical Information
We may collect technical information, including:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- pages visited;
- session activity;
- timestamps;
