Ai Realty provides independent workflow automation software for licensed real estate professionals.
Ai Realty is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of Ai Realty does not create:
- an attorney-client relationship;
- a law firm relationship;
- legal representation;
- legal counsel engagement;
- legal advisory services.
No communication with Ai Realty creates an attorney-client relationship.
3. No Legal Advice
Ai Realty does not provide:
- legal advice;
- legal opinions;
- legal conclusions;
- legal recommendations;
- legal strategy;
- legal representation;
- legal drafting advice.
Nothing generated, displayed, suggested, organized, pre-populated, summarized, or communicated through Ai Realty should be interpreted as legal advice.
4. Workflow Automation Only
Ai Realty provides software tools intended to assist licensed real estate professionals with:
- transaction intake;
- workflow organization;
- document preparation workflows;
- structured data collection;
- field population;
- review-ready transaction information;
- workflow management;
- document delivery;
- electronic signature workflows.
Ai Realty assists with workflow preparation only.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving all transaction information.
5. AI-Assisted Features
Ai Realty may use AI-assisted technologies to help organize information, populate fields, identify missing information, structure workflows, and support document preparation.
AI-generated information may contain:
- errors;
- omissions;
- inaccuracies;
- incomplete information;
- outdated information.
Users must independently review all AI-generated outputs before relying upon them.
6. No Legal Review
Ai Realty does not review documents for legal sufficiency.
Ai Realty does not determine:
- whether a document is legally enforceable;
- whether a disclosure is required;
- whether a clause should be added or removed;
- whether a transaction complies with applicable law;
- whether additional legal review is necessary.
Users should consult qualified legal counsel when legal advice is needed.
7. Documents and Forms
Ai Realty may use Ai Realty document templates and may also populate:
- association-approved forms;
- brokerage-provided forms;
- agent-uploaded forms;
- state-specific forms;
- disclosures;
- addenda;
- workflow documents.
Association-approved forms, brokerage-provided forms, and agent-uploaded forms are optional workflow inputs.
Ai Realty is not dependent on MLS forms, association forms, brokerage forms, or uploaded forms.
Users remain responsible for determining whether a document package is appropriate for a transaction.
8. MLS Independence
Ai Realty can operate with or without MLS data.
MLS data is optional and is not required to create, review, prepare, or send documents through Ai Realty.
Where MLS-related functionality is available and authorized, MLS data may help pre-populate workflow fields and reduce manual entry.
Ai Realty does not provide public MLS access, operate an IDX website, redistribute MLS inventory, or expose MLS data to consumers.
9. No Brokerage Services
Ai Realty is not a real estate brokerage.
Ai Realty does not:
- represent buyers;
- represent sellers;
- represent tenants;
- represent landlords;
- negotiate transactions;
- supervise licensees;
- collect commissions;
- provide brokerage services.
Ai Realty is not a participant in any real estate transaction.
10. No Financial, Tax, Escrow, Title, or Lending Advice
Ai Realty does not provide:
- financial advice;
- tax advice;
- accounting advice;
- escrow services;
- title services;
- lending services;
- mortgage advice;
- investment advice.
Users should consult qualified professionals regarding these matters.
11. Professional Responsibility
Users remain responsible for:
- transaction decisions;
- document selection;
- form selection;
- disclosure requirements;
- recipient selection;
- transaction approval;
- broker supervision requirements;
- MLS compliance;
- legal compliance;
- professional obligations.
Ai Realty does not replace professional judgment.

Ai Realty does not guarantee:

- legal sufficiency;
- transaction acceptance;
- document acceptance;
- brokerage approval;
- MLS approval;
- enforceability of documents;
- transaction success.
Users remain responsible for final review and approval.

This No Legal Advice Notice supplements and is incorporated into Ai Realty’s:

- Privacy Policy;
- Licensed Professional Notice;

- AI Usage & Limitations;
- MLS & Brokerage Disclosures;
- Platform Disclosures;
- and other applicable Legal Hub documents.
If there is any conflict between this Notice and another Ai Realty policy, the more protective limitation of Ai Realty’s role applies.
