Ai Realty provides workflow automation software for licensed real estate professionals and authorized professional users. Ai Realty is not a real estate brokerage, law firm, MLS, REALTOR® association, escrow company, title company, lender, or public property search portal.

2. Professional Workflow Platform

Ai Realty is designed to support professional real estate workflows, including transaction intake, document field population, review-ready document preparation, approval workflows, and electronic signature delivery.

Certain Ai Realty features may be intended only for users who are licensed real estate professionals, brokerage personnel, transaction coordinators, administrative staff, or other authorized professional users.

Ai Realty may limit or restrict access to certain features based on user role, license status, brokerage authorization, MLS authorization, jurisdiction, or workflow type.

  • state of licensure;
  • real estate license number;
  • managing broker or office affiliation;
  • MLS, association, or board affiliation;
  • other information reasonably necessary to confirm professional access.

Ai Realty may deny, suspend, or limit access if user eligibility cannot be verified or if use appears inconsistent with applicable laws, professional obligations, MLS rules, association rules, brokerage policies, or platform requirements.

4. User Responsibility for Professional Status

Users are responsible for providing accurate and current professional information.

Users may not:

  • document review;
  • supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel;
  • compliance with agency obligations;
  • compliance with advertising, disclosure, and transaction rules.

Ai Realty does not act as a managing broker and does not supervise real estate licensees.

6. MLS and Association Authorization

Some Ai Realty features may involve MLS-related or association-related workflow functionality where authorized.

Ai Realty can operate with or without MLS data. MLS data is optional and is not required to create, review, prepare, or send documents.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of any MLS-related or association-related functionality is permitted under applicable MLS rules, association rules, brokerage policies, data access agreements, user permissions, and professional obligations.

Ai Realty does not provide public MLS access, operate an IDX website, resell MLS data, redistribute MLS data, syndicate MLS inventory, or expose MLS data to consumers.

MLS-related data, when used, is intended only to support authorized professional workflow preparation.

7. No Brokerage Services

Ai Realty does not provide brokerage services and does not represent buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, brokers, agents, or any other party in a real estate transaction.

Ai Realty does not:

  • approve offers, leases, contracts, or disclosures;
  • supervise licensees;
  • manage escrow;
  • provide title, lending, tax, legal, or financial services.

Users remain responsible for their own professional conduct and transaction decisions.

8. Authorized Account Use

Each Ai Realty account is intended for use only by the authorized account holder or authorized organization.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, account access, workflow data, and professional information.

Users may not allow unauthorized persons to access professional features through their account.

Ai Realty may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be shared, misused, compromised, or used outside authorized professional purposes.

9. Transaction Responsibility

Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving all transaction data before documents are sent or signed.

This includes, without limitation:

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules that apply in the state, county, municipality, brokerage, MLS, association, and transaction context in which they operate.

Ai Realty may provide state-specific notices or workflow support, but those materials do not replace legal, broker, or compliance review.

11. Enforcement

Ai Realty may investigate suspected misuse, inaccurate professional information, unauthorized access, or use inconsistent with applicable rules or platform requirements.

Ai Realty may limit, suspend, or terminate access at any time where we believe such action is appropriate to protect users, the platform, data providers, brokerages, MLSs, associations, counterparties, or Ai Realty.
