Ai Realty may support Illinois-specific transaction workflows, forms, disclosures, notices, addenda, and document preparation processes.
Available workflow support may change over time.
3. Forms and Documents
Illinois workflows may utilize:
- Ai Realty document templates;
- brokerage-provided forms;
- agent-uploaded forms;
- association-approved forms where available and authorized;
- transaction-specific disclosures and addenda.
Association-approved forms are optional workflow inputs.
Brokerage-provided forms are optional workflow inputs.
Agent-uploaded forms are optional workflow inputs.
Ai Realty document templates are supported.
4. MLS Independence
Ai Realty can operate with or without MLS data.
MLS access is optional.
MLS data is not required to create, review, prepare, edit, route, deliver, or send documents.
5. Compliance Responsibility
Users remain responsible for compliance with:
- Illinois law;
- local ordinances;
- brokerage policies;
- MLS requirements;
- disclosure obligations;
- licensing requirements;
- professional standards.
