This Form & Document Template Notice explains how AI Realty App, Inc. (“Ai Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses document templates, forms, disclosures, addenda, and workflow packages within the Ai Realty platform.
Ai Realty is a workflow automation software provider. Ai Realty does not provide legal services and does not determine whether any form or document is legally appropriate for a specific transaction.
2. Sources of Forms and Documents
Ai Realty may support one or more of the following document sources:
- Ai Realty platform transaction documents;
- supported Board & Association Forms;
- brokerage-provided forms;
- agent-uploaded forms;
- state-specific forms;
- MLS-sourced disclosures and supporting documents;
- transaction-specific addenda and attachments.
Fees for document preparation apply to the selected primary transaction document. MLS-sourced disclosures and supporting documents, when available, may be included through automated processing as an additional platform feature.
Available forms may vary by jurisdiction, brokerage, association access, user permissions, workflow type, transaction type, and applicable requirements.
3. Ai Realty Document Templates
Ai Realty may provide proprietary Ai Realty document templates designed to support common transaction workflows.
Ai Realty templates are intended to assist licensed professionals with structured workflow preparation and document generation.
Ai Realty templates are not legal advice and are not represented as attorney-client work product.
Users remain responsible for determining whether an Ai Realty template is appropriate for a particular transaction.
4. Association-Approved Forms
Where available and authorized, Ai Realty may support forms published or approved by real estate associations, boards, professional organizations, or other authorized entities.
Ai Realty does not represent that all association forms are available in all jurisdictions.
Availability may depend on:
- licensing requirements;
- association permissions;
- brokerage authorization;
- document licensing arrangements;
- technical integrations;
- local requirements.
5. Brokerage-Provided Forms
Brokerages may provide forms, disclosures, addenda, or document packages for use within Ai Realty workflows.
Users are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to use brokerage-provided materials.
Ai Realty does not independently verify brokerage ownership, approval status, legal sufficiency, or current version status of brokerage-provided forms.
6. Agent-Uploaded Forms
Users may upload forms, disclosures, addenda, attachments, or other transaction-related documents where permitted by platform functionality.
Users are solely responsible for:
- uploaded content;
- document accuracy;
- document ownership;
- permission to use uploaded materials;
- copyright compliance;
- version control;
- transaction suitability.
Ai Realty does not review every uploaded document for legal sufficiency or compliance.
7. Form Availability
Not every form, disclosure, addendum, clause, package, or transaction type will be available through Ai Realty.
Form availability may change over time based on:
- state requirements;
- brokerage requirements;
- association requirements;
- document licensing restrictions;
- software updates;
- workflow support decisions;
- regulatory changes.
Ai Realty does not guarantee the availability of any particular form or document package.
8. User Review Responsibility
Before approving, sending, or signing documents, users are responsible for reviewing:
- selected forms;
- disclosures;
- addenda;
- transaction terms;
- dates;
- property information;
- party information;
- financial terms;
- recipient information;
- signature routing instructions.
Users remain responsible for determining whether the selected documents are appropriate for the transaction.
9. No Legal Determination
Ai Realty does not determine:
- which forms are legally required;
- whether a disclosure must be delivered;
- whether a clause should be included or removed;
- whether an addendum is necessary;
- whether a document package is complete;
- whether a transaction complies with applicable law.
Users should consult their managing broker, compliance department, association resources, or qualified legal counsel when necessary.
10. Form Population and Automation
Ai Realty may assist with:
- document field population;
- workflow data organization;
- transaction information mapping;
- review-ready document preparation;
- signature routing preparation;
- document package assembly.
Automated population does not replace user review.
Users remain responsible for verifying all populated information before approval or delivery.
11. Version Control
Forms, disclosures, templates, and addenda may change over time.
Ai Realty may update supported forms periodically, but does not guarantee that any specific form version will remain available indefinitely.
Users are responsible for confirming that the selected form version satisfies applicable brokerage, association, MLS, and transaction requirements.
12. No Guarantee of Suitability
Ai Realty does not guarantee that any document, form, template, disclosure, addendum, package, or workflow is:
- legally sufficient;
- compliant in every jurisdiction;
- suitable for every transaction;
- accepted by every brokerage;
- accepted by every association;
- accepted by every MLS;
- accepted by every counterparty.
Final responsibility remains with the user.
13. Relationship to Other Policies
This Form & Document Template Notice supplements and is incorporated into Ai Realty’s Terms of Use, No Legal Advice Notice, Licensed Professional Notice, Document Responsibility Notice, AI Usage & Limitations, MLS & Brokerage Disclosures, and other applicable Legal Hub documents.
If there is any conflict between this Notice and another Ai Realty policy, the more protective limitation of Ai Realty’s role applies.
