By using Ai Realty, users consent to receive electronic communications from Ai Realty and its service providers as described in this Consent.

Users are responsible for reviewing platform notifications when using Ai Realty.

Ai Realty may retain records of user consent, account activity, communication delivery, workflow notices, and related metadata for legal, audit, compliance, security, operational, and dispute-resolution purposes.
13. Relationship to Other Policies
This Electronic Communications Consent supplements and is incorporated into Ai Realty’s Terms of Use, E-Sign Consent, Privacy Policy, DocuSign Delivery Notice, Signature Lifecycle Notice, Payment & Refund Policy, and other applicable Legal Hub documents.
If there is any conflict between this Consent and another Ai Realty policy, the more protective limitation of Ai Realty’s role applies.
