Electronic Signature and Electronic Communications Consent

1. Consent to Electronic Communications
By using Ai Realty, you consent to receive communications electronically, including notices, disclosures, workflow confirmations, transaction workflow updates, payment confirmations, document delivery information, policy updates, and account-related communications.
Electronic communications may be provided through the Ai Realty platform, email, e-signature provider, payment provider, support provider, or other electronic means.
Electronic communications may replace paper communications unless otherwise required by law.
2. Consent to Electronic Signatures
Ai Realty may support electronic signature workflows through third-party e-signature providers, including DocuSign or other approved providers.
By using these features, you consent to the use of electronic signatures, electronic records, and electronic delivery where permitted by law, including under the Federal E-SIGN Act, UETA, and applicable state electronic commerce and electronic signature laws.
3. User Responsibility Before Sending
Before sending any document for signature, users are responsible for reviewing:
- document data;
- signer names;
- signer email addresses;
- recipient roles;
- routing order;
- transaction terms;
- attached forms or disclosures;
- final document package.
Ai Realty does not verify legal sufficiency of any document or transaction.
4. Relationship to Third-Party E-Signature Providers
Ai Realty may support electronic signature workflows through DocuSign or other third-party electronic signature providers.
The applicable e-signature provider may control certain aspects of delivery, signing, authentication, recipient notifications, access, completion certificates, audit trails, and executed document availability.
Use of third-party e-signature services may be subject to additional provider terms and policies.
5. Delivery and Recipient Responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying:
- recipient names;
- recipient email addresses;
- signer roles;
- signing order;
- document package contents;
- transaction terms;
- delivery instructions.
Ai Realty is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, bounced emails, incorrect recipient information, recipient refusal, recipient inaction, spam filtering, mailbox restrictions, third-party provider outages, or recipient device issues.
6. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access electronic records, users need:
- internet access;
- a compatible browser;
- an email account;
- software capable of viewing PDF documents;
- a device capable of accessing electronic communications;
- access to any applicable third-party e-signature service used in the workflow.
Users are responsible for maintaining the equipment and software needed to access electronic communications.
7. Copies
Users may download or print electronic records where available.
Executed documents may be available through the applicable e-signature provider or Ai Realty workflow record, subject to retention rules, provider availability, account status, and platform configuration.
8. Signature Status Information
Ai Realty may display signature status information received from the applicable e-signature provider.
Status information may include sent, delivered, opened, viewed, signed, completed, declined, voided, expired, bounced, or failed delivery.
Status information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or dependent on provider systems.
9. Withdrawal of Consent
Users may withdraw consent to electronic communications by contacting Ai Realty.
Withdrawal may limit or prevent the ability to use Ai Realty services because electronic communications are necessary for account management, workflow activity, payment processing, document delivery, and signature workflows.
Withdrawal does not affect the validity of communications previously provided electronically.
10. Updating Contact Information
Users are responsible for keeping their email address and contact information accurate.
Ai Realty is not responsible for missed communications caused by inaccurate contact information, spam filtering, mailbox restrictions, provider outages, or user device issues.
11. Consent Records
Ai Realty may retain records of user consent, account activity, communication delivery, workflow notices, signature status, and related metadata for legal, audit, compliance, security, operational, and dispute-resolution purposes.
12. Third-Party E-Signature Providers
E-signature services may be provided by third-party providers. Use of those services may be subject to additional terms and policies.
Ai Realty does not control all aspects of third-party e-signature provider systems.
13. Relationship to Other Policies
This Electronic Signature and Electronic Communications Consent supplements and is incorporated into Ai Realty’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, DocuSign Delivery Notice, Signature Lifecycle Notice, Payment & Refund Policy, Document Responsibility Notice, and other applicable Legal Hub documents.
If there is any conflict between this Consent and another Ai Realty policy, the more protective limitation of Ai Realty’s role applies.
