AI Realty App, Inc.
1. Purpose
This DocuSign Delivery Notice explains how AI Realty App, Inc. (“Ai Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) supports document delivery and electronic signature workflows through third-party electronic signature providers, including DocuSign and other approved e-signature services.
Ai Realty provides workflow automation software and may facilitate document delivery for electronic signature. Ai Realty does not operate the underlying e-signature platform.
2. Third-Party Delivery Provider
Electronic signature workflows may be processed through third-party providers, including DocuSign or other approved providers.
Document delivery, email transmission, signer notifications, authentication methods, and signature collection may be subject to the terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations of the applicable provider.
Ai Realty does not control all aspects of third-party delivery systems.
3. User Responsibility Before Sending
Before sending any document package, users are responsible for verifying:
- recipient names;
- recipient email addresses;
- signer roles;
- routing order;
- transaction terms;
- attached forms and disclosures;
- delivery instructions;
- signature requirements.
Ai Realty does not independently verify recipient accuracy.
4. Delivery Status
Ai Realty may display information received from the e-signature provider regarding document status.
Statuses may include:
- Draft
- Sent
- Delivered
- Opened
- Viewed
- Signed
- Completed
- Declined
- Expired
- Voided
Displayed statuses are informational only and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or dependent on information received from the provider.
5. Email Delivery Limitations
Document delivery emails may be affected by:
- spam filters;
- junk mail filtering;
- recipient email settings;
- mailbox restrictions;
- security software;
- internet outages;
- provider outages;
- corporate email policies;
- user device issues;
- incorrect email addresses.
Ai Realty does not guarantee successful email delivery to every recipient.
6. Incorrect Recipient Information
Users are responsible for ensuring recipient information is accurate.
Ai Realty is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, missed notifications, rejected deliveries, or workflow interruptions caused by:
- incorrect email addresses;
- outdated contact information;
- recipient forwarding rules;
- recipient mailbox restrictions;
- recipient account issues;
- recipient refusal to participate.
7. Recipient Actions
Ai Realty cannot control actions taken by recipients.
Recipients may:
- delay opening documents;
- decline to sign;
- ignore notifications;
- delete emails;
- block communications;
- fail identity verification;
- fail to complete signing requirements.
Ai Realty does not guarantee recipient participation or completion.
8. Delivery Failures
Where technically possible, Ai Realty may provide information regarding delivery failures, bounced emails, expired workflows, or incomplete signature requests.
Ai Realty may, but is not obligated to:
- resend documents;
- restart workflows;
- issue replacement envelopes;
- provide workflow assistance;
- offer technical support.
Availability of such assistance may depend on the circumstances.
9. Workflow Revisions
Certain Ai Realty workflow packages may include limited revision or resend capabilities.
Any included revisions, resends, replacements, or corrections are subject to the applicable workflow terms, product limits, pricing structure, and platform policies in effect at the time of use.
Ai Realty reserves the right to modify workflow limits and resend policies.
10. No Guarantee of Signature Completion
Ai Realty does not guarantee:
- recipient participation;
- document execution;
- signature completion;
- transaction approval;
- transaction acceptance;
- legal effectiveness of signatures;
- transaction success.
Completion of a signature workflow remains dependent on the actions of the parties involved.
11. Provider Availability
Third-party e-signature providers may experience:
- outages;
- maintenance;
- delays;
- service interruptions;
- technical failures;
- security incidents.
Ai Realty is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party provider systems.
12. Executed Documents
Once completed, executed documents may be stored, accessed, or delivered through the applicable e-signature provider, Ai Realty workflow records, or both, depending on platform configuration and retention settings.
Availability of completed documents may be subject to provider policies, retention periods, account status, and technical limitations.
13. Relationship to Other Policies
This DocuSign Delivery Notice supplements and is incorporated into Ai Realty’s Terms of Use, E-Sign Consent, Signature Lifecycle Notice, Document Responsibility Notice, Payment & Refund Policy, and other applicable Legal Hub documents.
If there is any conflict between this Notice and another Ai Realty policy, the more protective limitation of Ai Realty’s role applies.
