1. Purpose

Ai Realty helps licensed real estate professionals prepare structured, review-ready document workflows.

This Document Responsibility Notice explains user responsibility before documents are approved, sent, signed, or used in a transaction.

Ai Realty provides independent workflow automation software. Ai Realty is not a brokerage, law firm, MLS, REALTOR® association, escrow company, title company, lender, tax advisor, or public property search portal.

2. User Review Responsibility

Before approving or sending documents, users are responsible for reviewing:

  • property information;
  • party names;
  • signer emails;
  • transaction terms;
  • dates;
  • rent, price, deposits, fees, and financial terms;
  • disclosures;
  • addenda;
  • recipient routing;
  • signature order;
  • brokerage compliance requirements;
  • MLS compliance requirements;
  • professional obligations.

3. Ai Realty Role

Ai Realty assists with workflow preparation, structured data capture, field population, document workflow organization, review-ready transaction data, and electronic signature delivery.

Ai Realty may use Ai Realty platform transaction documents and may also populate supported Board & Association Forms, brokerage-provided forms, agent-uploaded forms, and MLS-sourced supporting documents when available.

The paid document preparation service applies to the primary transaction document. MLS-sourced disclosures and supporting documents are additional automated features when available.

Ai Realty is not dependent on MLS data, association forms, brokerage forms, or agent-uploaded forms. These sources are optional workflow inputs where available and authorized.

Ai Realty does not independently verify every transaction detail and does not replace professional judgment, broker supervision, legal review, or compliance review.

4. Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, approve, edit, upload, select, or send through Ai Realty.

If information is imported, pre-filled, inferred, suggested, or AI-assisted, users must still review it before approval.

Ai Realty does not guarantee that imported, inferred, suggested, or AI-assisted information is complete, accurate, current, or appropriate for a transaction.

5. Documents and Forms

Users are responsible for determining whether a document, form, disclosure, addendum, clause, or package is appropriate for a transaction.

Ai Realty may support:

  • Ai Realty document templates;
  • association-approved forms;
  • brokerage-provided forms;
  • agent-uploaded forms;
  • state-specific forms;
  • workflow-specific disclosures;
  • transaction-specific addenda and attachments.

Form availability may vary by jurisdiction, brokerage, association access, user permissions, workflow type, and local requirements.

Ai Realty does not independently prepare or verify the content, currency, legal sufficiency, or form version of MLS-sourced disclosures.

Ai Realty does not guarantee that any document is legally sufficient, complete, current, or suitable for every transaction.

6. MLS and Non-MLS Information

Ai Realty can support workflows with or without MLS data.

Where MLS data is available and authorized, it may help pre-populate certain workflow fields.

Where MLS data is unavailable, incomplete, unauthorized, or not used, users may enter information manually or through supported intake methods.

Regardless of source, users remain responsible for reviewing and approving all transaction information before documents are sent or signed.

7. Recipients and Signatures

Users are responsible for confirming correct recipients, email addresses, signer roles, signature order, and delivery instructions before documents are sent.

Incorrect recipient information may delay, disrupt, misdirect, or invalidate a workflow.

Ai Realty does not guarantee recipient participation, delivery success, signature completion, or transaction outcome.

8. Broker and MLS Compliance

Users remain responsible for complying with applicable brokerage policies, MLS rules, local board rules, association rules, professional obligations, and applicable law.

Ai Realty does not replace managing broker supervision, brokerage compliance review, transaction coordinator review, legal review, or professional judgment.

9. Revisions and Resends

Certain workflows may include limited revisions, corrections, or resends.

The free introductory offer includes one revision for the same offer.

Unless otherwise stated, each workflow may include one original send and one revision for the same transaction.

Users remain responsible for reviewing all revised documents before sending.

Ai Realty may modify revision, resend, or workflow limits based on product configuration, pricing, platform rules, or subscription terms.

10. Final Approval

By approving a workflow or sending a document, the user confirms that they have reviewed the transaction information, selected documents, recipient information, routing, and applicable workflow materials, and accept responsibility for the document workflow submitted through Ai Realty.

Ai Realty assists with preparation. The user remains responsible for approval.

11. Relationship to Other Policies

This Document Responsibility Notice supplements and is incorporated into Ai Realty’s Terms of Use, No Legal Advice Notice, Licensed Professional Notice, Form & Document Template Notice, AI Usage & Limitations, MLS & Brokerage Disclosures, E-Sign Consent, and other applicable Legal Hub documents.

If there is any conflict between this Notice and another Ai Realty policy, the more protective limitation of Ai Realty’s role applies.
