This AI Usage & Limitations Notice explains how AI Realty App, Inc. ("Ai Realty," "we," "us," or "our") uses artificial intelligence, automation, machine learning, language models, workflow engines, and related technologies within the Ai Realty platform.
Ai Realty provides workflow automation software designed to assist licensed real estate professionals with transaction preparation, workflow organization, document preparation workflows, and electronic signature delivery.
2. AI-Assisted Platform
Ai Realty may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to assist with:
- voice intake;
- text intake;
- transaction data organization;
- workflow preparation;
- document field population;
- identification of missing information;
- workflow recommendations;
- review-ready document preparation;
- workflow routing;
- transaction coordination support.
AI-generated outputs are intended to assist users and do not replace human review.
3. Review-Ready, Not Final-Ready
Ai Realty outputs are review-ready.
Ai Realty outputs are not automatically final-ready.
All information generated, suggested, organized, extracted, summarized, populated, or prepared by Ai Realty must be reviewed and approved by the user before documents are sent, signed, relied upon, or used in a transaction.
4. AI May Make Mistakes
AI systems may produce:
- errors;
- omissions;
- inaccurate information;
- incomplete information;
- outdated information;
- incorrect interpretations;
- incorrect recommendations;
- transcription errors;
- formatting errors.
Users should not assume AI-generated information is correct.
Users remain responsible for verifying all information.

Ai Realty can operate with or without MLS data.
MLS data is optional.
Ai Realty is not dependent on MLS data.
Where available and authorized, MLS information may help reduce manual entry and assist with workflow preparation.
However, Ai Realty does not require MLS participation, MLS subscriptions, MLS data feeds, or MLS integrations in order to operate.
7. Forms Independence
Ai Realty may support:
- Ai Realty platform transaction documents;
- supported Board & Association Forms;
- brokerage-provided forms;
- agent-uploaded forms.
MLS-sourced disclosures and supporting documents, when available, are additional automated features and are not separately charged document-preparation services.
Supported Board & Association Forms are optional workflow inputs.
Brokerage-provided forms are optional workflow inputs.
Agent-uploaded forms are optional workflow inputs.
Ai Realty platform transaction documents are supported.
Ai Realty is not dependent on any specific form provider.
8. No Legal Advice
AI-generated outputs are not legal advice.
Ai Realty does not provide:
- legal advice;
- legal opinions;
- legal conclusions;
- legal representation;
- legal drafting advice.
Nothing generated by Ai Realty should be interpreted as legal advice.
Users should consult qualified legal counsel when legal advice is needed.
9. No Brokerage Advice
Ai Realty does not provide brokerage advice.
Ai Realty does not:
- negotiate transactions;
- determine agency relationships;
- supervise licensees;

All final decisions remain with the user.

Ai Realty may use third-party AI providers, language models, speech recognition providers, automation providers, or machine learning systems.
Availability, performance, output quality, and functionality may vary over time.
Ai Realty does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any AI service.
14. No Guarantee
Ai Realty does not guarantee:
- accuracy of AI-generated outputs;
- legal sufficiency;
- transaction acceptance;
- brokerage approval;
- MLS approval;
- compliance outcomes;
- transaction success.
AI-generated information is provided as an assistance tool only.
15. Relationship to Other Policies
This AI Usage & Limitations Notice supplements and is incorporated into Ai Realty's:
- Terms of Use;
- Privacy Policy;
- MLS & Brokerage Disclosures;
- No Legal Advice Notice;
- Licensed Professional Notice;
- Document Responsibility Notice;
- Platform Disclosures;
- and other applicable Legal Hub documents.
If there is any conflict between this Notice and another Ai Realty policy, the more protective limitation of Ai Realty's role applies.
